Kitchen Tune-Up is a locally owned and operated business, backed by a national franchise system with over 30 years as a leader in the remodeling industry. Our mission is to build trust with every client and elevate the remodeling experience into a timely and enjoyable process. We are seeking dedicated team members to join our team to sell and oversee installations extraordinary kitchen remodeling projects.  This position offers flexible hours, with onsite visits to client homes in the Bay County, FL area for client appointments and checking progress of the installations. 
  
Candidates for this sales and project management position must live in the Bay County, FL area, and ideally, they are coachable and adaptable to different circumstances and personalities, have drive and empathy to work with all different kinds of people, are motivated sales persons, and are sales-minded professionals looking for a part-time income opportunity.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales prospects, appointments, proposals and client projects from beginning to end.
  • Maintain frequent communications with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects and clients.
  • Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process as demonstrated by the franchise owners.
  • Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.
  • Track and maintain notes in the Kitchen Tune-Up CRM software.
  • Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, and position yourself as an industry professional.
  • Communicate regularly with the franchise owners and follow instructions for the sales process.
  • Generate self-managed leads at home shows, local networking event, and even neighbor canvasing or door hangers.
  • Measure job site for all project requirements: doors, drawers, openings, countertops, floor plan, etc.
  • Document all measurements and job specifications for ordering.
  • Receive and inspect all project materials upon delivery; document and report any damages, incorrect or missing products to franchise owners immediately.
  • Coordinate project timeline with the installers and manage scheduling.
  • Arrange for delivery of materials to the jobsite and communicate timelines with clients.
  • Inspect daily progress through project completion with final walk-through, and send feedback to the franchise owners regularly.

  • Computer and smartphone proficient
  • Social media savvy: Knowledge of maintaining a Facebook business page and responding to messages is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to set priorities and be on-time to client appointments and check on in-progress job sites
  • Professional appearance and demeanor suitable to working in clients’ homes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to envision and implement innovative solutions
  • Residential remodeling or construction management experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and effective at communicating project details and potential challenges to team members and clients
